Taskboard: the work finds the person

Assigned work — from the roadmap and from inside the team — arrives in its own channel, and only for the person it belongs to. Two buttons: freeze it when now is not the time, and done when it is. Nothing is deleted, only archived, so there is something to count how long things really take.

• Roadmap and internal tasks arrive in the channel, and only assigned ones
• A Freeze button — the task waits and the clock stops
• A Done button — it leaves the board and stays marked in the workspace for seven days
• Roadmap tasks are never deleted — finishing moves the card to done
• Time counts up from taking it to finishing it, never down
• An archive instead of deletion, and numbers taken from it
