Nothing else is stored: no measurement, no advertising identifiers, no third-party scripts. The site loads not a single file from another domain, which is also why it can run a security policy this strict.
Why there is no banner
Consent is required for everything the site would work without — measurement and tracking. There is none here, so there is nothing to ask for, and interrupting you over a language preference would be noise.
If we start measuring traffic, the banner arrives at the same moment. Refusing will be as easy as agreeing, same size of button on the same screen, the choice will be remembered, and it will be changeable from the footer. Until you agree, nothing is sent.
Getting rid of it
Clear this site's data in your browser settings. Next time, the page will guess your language from your browser and start remembering again from your first switch.
