Who sells

What we sell

Two subscriptions, and the same once or as a gift. All of it is digital and arrives on a STYGION ID account — yours, or the one of whoever you give it to.

• VIP on STYGION MC: AERONAUTICS: three ranks (VIP, VIP+ and LEGEND), each paid monthly or yearly. You see the price for a month and for a year on the rank before you pay. What each rank gives is on the VIP page.
• A STYGION Panel licence: paid monthly. The first seven days from installing the panel are free and need no payment. The licence decides whether a panel may create new servers; more about the Panel is on its page.
• Once, and as a gift: a rank or a licence for 1, 3 or 12 months, paid once and never renewed — for yourself, as a gift code, or as a present for a player by their Minecraft name (more under One-off purchases and gift codes).

Prices

The seller is not registered for VAT. Prices are final and no tax is added to them.

The price is the one you see before you pay: on the page you buy from, and again on the payment page. It is in euros, and it is final as shown at checkout. The page and the payment read their prices from the same place in our system, so they cannot disagree.

How a purchase works

1. You sign in with your STYGION ID.
2. You choose what to buy and for how long: a rank subscription by the month or the year, the Panel licence by the month, or a rank or licence once for 1, 3 or 12 months.
3. You confirm that you want it delivered right away (more on that in the next section).
4. We send you to Stripe Checkout, our payment provider's page. There you enter your payment details and any promotion code, and you can check and correct everything before you pay.
5. You finish the order with a button that says plainly that you are paying. Pressing it obliges you to pay.

The contract is made when the payment is confirmed. You get a confirmation by email, and the subscription appears in your account. The contract is in the language you buy in, English or Czech. These terms stay published at this address; if you want your own copy of the version you agreed to, save or print it.

Delivery and your right to withdraw

We deliver right away. A rank reaches your name on the server within a minute of you being on it under the name set in your account, or the next time you join. A licence is active in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions (a rank, a Panel licence) start right after payment, because you ask for that before you pay. You may withdraw within 14 days of the first payment without giving a reason; we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the days the rank or licence ran (section 1834 of the Czech Civil Code), and the rank or licence ends. A renewal does not open a new period. A one-off purchase for yourself (a rank or licence for 1, 3 or 12 months) works the same way. A gift code is digital content: delivering the code ends the right of withdrawal, but we voluntarily refund an unused code within 14 days of payment.

Before you go to pay, we ask you to confirm. For a rank it reads:

“I want the rank to start right after I pay. I understand that if I withdraw within 14 days, I pay for the days it ran.”

To withdraw, use the form at the end of this page or write to us in your own words. We refund what you paid less the proportionate amount within 14 days, the same way you paid.

One-off purchases and gift codes

• Once, for yourself: a rank or a licence for the length you chose, paid once. It lands on your account as soon as the payment arrives, and nothing renews or needs cancelling. A rank lands on the player linked to your account; you never type a name.
• A gift code: once paid, a code shaped STYG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX appears in your account under Gifts. Anybody with a STYGION ID uses it at stygion.eu/redeem. A code can be used once and keeps for 12 months from payment; unused after that, it lapses.
• A present for a player: you give the Minecraft name of who it is for. It lands when they sign in on stygion.eu with an account that was already linked to that player in game when you paid. Otherwise, and until then, it is a gift code in your account that you hand over yourself. A present that has landed is delivered and is not refunded.
• What a code gives is added to the end of whatever its user already holds. A rank code cannot be used while a different rank is running; the code waits. A rank needs a player linked to the account (/link in game).
• Refunds: an unused gift code is refunded within 14 days of payment — write to us and the code is voided. A used code is not refunded. A one-off for yourself falls under withdrawal as described in Delivery: within 14 days we refund what you paid less the days it ran.
• Promotion codes do not apply to gift codes.

Promotion codes

A promotion code is entered on Stripe's payment page. How much it takes off, for how long (the first payment, a number of months, or for good), how many times it can be used and until when are set for each code and shown to you before you pay. A discount changes the price only; what you buy stays the same. A code cannot be exchanged for money or applied to a payment already made.

A discount is taken off the regular price shown on the rank. That price has been the same since sales began, so the lowest price in the 30 days before a discount is this regular price. If we ever change the price, every discount will state the lowest price of the last 30 days.

Renewal and cancelling

• A subscription renews on its own at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, and is charged to the same payment method, until you cancel it.
• Your account shows when it renews: a rank under Minecraft, the licence under STYGION Panel.
• You can cancel at any time, in two clicks: in the same part of your account choose Manage or cancel, and cancel on the page that opens. That page is Stripe's, and you can also change your card and download invoices there.
• Cancelling stops the next payment. What you paid for stays yours until the end of the period; cancelling does not refund the period already running.

When a subscription ends

• VIP: the rank comes off your name on the server, with everything it gave.
• STYGION Panel: running servers keep running and the panel keeps working. Only creating new servers stops, until a licence is active again. If your panel cannot reach us to check its licence, it has 14 days before even that stops, so an outage on our side never stops yours.

When a payment does not go through

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may try it again. Until a payment goes through, the period is not extended: when the paid period runs out, the rank or licence ends as described above. You can change your card at any time on the same Manage or cancel page.

If a price changes

A new price applies to a running subscription only after we have told you in advance, before the first payment it applies to. Until then you can cancel and pay nothing more. A price change never touches a period you have already paid for.

Refunds and complaints

If something you bought does not work (a rank did not arrive, a panel does not recognise its licence), write to us first, before your bank: [email protected]. Put in the email:

• the account you bought with, and for a rank your Minecraft name;
• what you bought and when;
• what is not working.

We confirm that we have your complaint and settle it within 30 days of receiving it. If the fault is ours, we put it right. If that cannot be done, you have the rights the law gives you for faulty digital content: a fair reduction in price, or ending the contract and getting your money back. Refunds go back the way you paid.

When we refund outside a complaint:

• Withdrawing within 14 days of the first payment refunds what you paid less the days the rank or licence ran (see Delivery). A subscription can be cancelled any time; it runs to the end of the period, and a period already running is not refunded.
• We refund a double payment for the same thing, and a rank that never arrived if we have not put it right within 72 hours of your message. With the refund, the rank or licence ends at once.
• An unused gift code within 14 days of payment (see One-off purchases and gift codes).
• A chargeback (a payment reversed through your bank): the rank or licence ends at once, a gift code is voided and whatever it gave is taken back, and the account and the Minecraft name are barred from buying again for good. So please write to us first.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and never to us: we receive a confirmation of the payment, the subscription and the invoices. What we do with your data is set out on the privacy page.

Out-of-court disputes

If we cannot agree, you can as a consumer take the dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI) for out-of-court resolution: www.coi.cz. You can still go to court at any time.

Minors

If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or another legal guardian to pay. If a purchase was made without it, your guardian can write to us and we will sort it out with them.

If the account ends

A rank or a licence belongs to the STYGION ID account that bought it.

• Before you delete your account, cancel its subscriptions. Deleting the account ends the rank or licence with it.
• If we close or limit an account for a serious or repeated breach of the terms of use or the server rules, we cancel its subscriptions so nothing more is charged, and the rank or licence ends. We tell you why, and you can object as the terms of use describe.

Minecraft

STYGION MC: AERONAUTICS is a Minecraft server we run. Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Ranks follow the Minecraft Usage Guidelines: we sell looks, comfort and perks that do not spoil anybody else's game and give no edge in a fight or in a race for something the world has only one of. In practice: a coloured name, a seat on a full server, more claims and force-loaded chunks (playtime earns some of these too), and /fly over your own claims (you can fly without a rank too: mods, rituals, elytra, jetpacks, airships). Crate odds are the same for everybody. Playtime ranks, crate keys and coins cannot be bought.

Law

These terms and every purchase are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection the consumer law of that country gives you; a choice of law cannot take it away.

The terms of use apply alongside these.

Changes to perks and seasons

A rank gives the perks described on the VIP page on the day you buy it. We may change them only for a fair reason: a new season or modpack, a change in Minecraft or a mod, the server's performance and stability, security, Mojang's rules or the law. We announce a change in advance on Discord and in your account, and it costs you nothing. If a change makes your rank more than insignificantly worse, we tell you in advance in writing and you may end the subscription within 30 days without penalty; we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

STYGION MC runs in seasons. The end of a season does not end your rank: the subscription is for STYGION MC and carries on into the next season; if STYGION MC closes for good, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. A change applies to new purchases from the date at the top of this page. For a running subscription we tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
