If you have ever reported a bug somewhere and never heard back, you know the feeling. Here, that just got a lot harder to happen.
Everything anybody sends STYGION now lands in one list — a message on Discord, a report from our website, a crash one of our apps files entirely on its own initiative. It is sorted by who has been waiting longest, which is an elegant way of saying it shows us our own shame every morning, oldest first.
It also picks up the things nobody sends us. A help page three people ticked “this did not help” this week turns up in the same list. So does a version we built, felt good about, and then handed to precisely nobody.
The assistant that helps us build now signs its work
We work with an AI assistant. It writes our help pages and shuffles things around on our public plan, it never sleeps, and it does not drink coffee — which remains its only real advantage over the rest of us.
Since 17 August, every change it makes carries the name of the person on our team it was working for. A record that cannot say who is not a record.
